They came out to check the job out very quickly after my initial inquiry. They were very fair on pricing and up front about what was truly needed and what could wait. They gave me time to think and did not tell me I needed to make a decision right away. The job was done well, on time, and all messes were cleaned up.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism and quality Reliance Roofing presented from quote, to contracted work, to follow up and even an emergency repair. I had a rubber roof, gutters and downspouts installed on my mobile home after a tree branch caused a leak in my ceiling. The work was done quickly, very competently, with great cleanup and interaction with the roofer and owner. During a very strong wind and rain storm this spring, I noticed a small leak on the south side, which gets the most wind.
David sent someone out within 2-3 days, and the repair was made successfully.

David’s team arrived early on a Friday and got right to work. They removed the old shingles and replaced in one day. This was not an easy job as our roof is very steep with three dormers. On Sunday he sent a worker to make sure everything was clean around the house. Much appreciated. One last thing—two weeks later we had a huge thunderstorm with extreme winds. The roof held up beautifully. Great job.
